Message	The timing belt being 16k over is definitely a red flag. The mufflers are more a negotiating point rather than a minus to me since they will be getting replaced anyway if I buy it. As to why it needs them my guess is rust but the car is garage kept so not sure. He is selling it because he just ordered a 2014 vette.
